Low-THC cannabis (i.e. less than 1% THC) does not fall under the Narcotics Act. Nevertheless, it has not yet been approved as a drug or as a liquid for e-cigarettes. CBD appears to be relaxing and not intoxicating. However, the long-term effects of consumption are unknown. Although CBD is a product with fewer risks than THC-rich cannabis, caution is advised. Smoking produces substances that are harmful to health as a result of combustion. People who drive vehicles are also advised not to consume CBD, as it is difficult to predict when the legal limit of 1.5 micrograms of THC per liter of blood will be reached.
